Triple Satisfaction Guarantee

Any vehicle purchased from Toyota of Southern Maryland comes with a three day exchange policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your vehicle you may bring the vehicle back in for exchange on an in-stock vehicle equal to or greater than the original vehicle. The vehicle must be returned to Toyota of Southern Maryland or Team Hyundai within three days (purchase day is considered day one) and with less than 150 miles on the odometer from the time of purchase. Exchanges must be made by 5:00 PM on or before the third day. If the third day is a Sunday or holiday, you must return the vehicle by 10:00 AM the following day. Vehicles with any damage or modification from the original delivery date will be ineligible for exchange. Any type of fraud or illegal activity on behalf of the consumer renders the Toyota of Southern Maryland & Team Hyundai Exchange Policy null and void. Accessories of any kind shall remain with and a part of the motor vehicle. If any accessories are supplied by Toyota of Southern Maryland or Team Hyundai at your request, you as the purchaser remain liable for payment to Toyota of Southern Maryland or Team Hyundai should the vehicle be returned pursuant to this agreement. Please note that this is not a refund policy, but a vehicle exchange policy.
